Egis Easytrip Services core business is payment services in the field of electronic tolling, mobility & transport business. It is currently focused on the European B2B market with a large business focused on excellent services delivered to the customers.
Egis Easytrip Services – HGV is offered one of the widest range of services for Transportation and Logistics companies in EMEA, covering more than 30 toll networks (80 000 km), Ferries booking ( 500 lines), VAT and Excise taxes recovery ( 28 countries). With a wealth of 30 years’ experience, 16 000 customers over 25 countries, Egis Easytrip Services – HGV handles more than 500 M€ of transactions.
As 100% subsidiary of Egis Projects, Egis Easytrip Services is organized with shared support functions, including HR, covering the whole Easytrip perimeter in France and internationally.
The reporting line is to Chief Executive Officer of EES and to Egis Projects Head of HR in a functional line.
Mission & Main Activities :
The Human resources manager, as a Senior position is responsible for all activities related to HR operations and for the overall performance of the HR structuration set for a group of companies acting in +20 countries in Europe, counting approx. 150 people.
The main missions consist in three performance areas :
1/ Piloting the efficiency of the HR set up across the organization, answering business needs with respect to Talent acquisition and Retention, Payroll and Administration, Learning and Management’s development, Social Affairs and Compensation & Benefits, work conditions including Health & safety.
He/she leads the continuous improvement of the HR governance and tools ensuring the compliance with local legal framework.
2/ Management of HR operations. Covering all areas, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the workflow of operations consisting in staff movement, administration of the training plan, supervision of administrative tasks delivered by different providers in countries, the analysis of the annual review’s content, etc.
Local HR officers support the position’s holder in this field.
3/ Change management:
The Human resources Manager holds a key-position in the transformation of Easytrip’s organization and in the continuous improvement of managerial practice. In this respect, he/she is involved in :the development of new activities or the buy-out of new companies that requires HR advice and contribution from the social/Hr assessment’s step to the operational integration of people. The internal change management approach leading to more operational performance. The Human Resources manager is responsible for leading the appropriate support to the managers and to people, facilitating decisions, taking part to strategic discussions, supporting the resolution of organizational as well as interpersonal issues by influencing communication, advising on solutions. The support to business and managerial transformations by proactively recommending best practice based on hands-on experience but also innovative approach.
Other missions and responsibilities :
In a development context aiming at becoming a European leader on its market, the Company has high expectation of quality towards the HR function.
The Human resources manager as part of the management team is involved in the development of the feeling of belonging towards teams across the countries, contributing to fertilize a good social climate.
In terms of reporting, apart from the responsibility to manage the HR officers and to analyze the KPIs that are proper to the HR function, the position’s holder reports the status of his/her actions and programs to the different management committees of the organization as well as to the mother company whenever required.
The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules, all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply in for the BU MENS activities.
Skills required :With +10 years of experience in a similar position in an international organization where HR processes are properly structured, the perfect candidate has a demonstrated experience in :
> Successful definition/improvement of work flows and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
> Leading and/or proceeding in-person to HR operations.
> Design of new systems and programs with significant impact on business ("HR as a booster")
> HR department management including budget and team in remote working positions in Europe.
> Developing cohesion around Company’s strategy and HR processes
> Social affairs, individual grievance & Compliance
> Company’s transformation to accompany the integration of Staff from some companies recently bought > influencing/ accompanying Senior exec positions into HR matters
Ability to observe, to create links between people, to influence and to advice, to organize, to drive and to do on his/her own. Experience in one of the following sector is a plus: telecom, smart mobility, IT, customer care/ operations’ back office, etc. Perfect written and oral English skills as a must in addition to French language. A third language preferred German, Spanish or Dutch, as a plus.
