Egis Projects currently operates and maintains more than 3 300 km of roads and highways, as well as 17 airports. In order to support its international development, Egis Projects is looking for a "Finance/Investment manager" who can assist in structuring, funding and supervising the different entities required to develop these mobility and energy solutions.

Mission & Main Activities :
Reporting to Egis Projects’ Director of ELES (Egis Local Energy Services), the Finance/Investment Manager will :
Development of project fundsEstablish the principles of a cooperation with the partners and prepare all documentation related to the signature of cooperation agreements (MOU, contracts…) Define the purpose and investment doctrine of the funds and the objectives, action plan, and processes. Obtain internal approvals within Egis by preparing all necessary reviews (financial, legal, tax, fund management …) and internal documentation in a timely and professional manner Secure Egis Projects position in the projects and funds
Manage the existing fundsOrganise and provide the board members with reports, notes, drafts of minutes etc. Ensure regular and proper reporting on business and financial aspects Make sure that all the corporate documentation is properly filed Drafting, negotiating and follow up of legal agreements for new projects in liaison with the project team
Support and assist project teams on project finance mattersDeveloping financial models, costing models, business plans Liaise with financial and legal advisors Preparation of risk matrix Review and commenting of financial models and traffic projections Review of draft contracts Negotiate contracts Help secure approvals within Egis by participating to the preparation of the necessary reviews (financial, legal, tax, …) and the internal (Egis Committees) documentation in a timely and professional manner Support the RO on the financial closing of projects
Manage projects from a corporate finance point of viewSupport the RO in the preparation and negotiation of corporate documentation (articles of association, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, etc.) Identify funding needs, research investors and arrange associated agreements, in coordination with key stakeholders Coordination with operational teams on corporate and project finance matters
Potentially work on the management of acquisition projects through the whole lifecycle (identification of suitable targets, indicative offer, due diligence process, sale and purchase agreement, integration plan etc.)
Skills required :
Technical Competences :Bac+5, financial and commercial background, good understanding of project finance (environment, requirements), Ability to build financial models based on working assumptions Ability to build understandable, comprehensive data, in the form of P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, Ability to analyze financial models and develop commercial attractive solutions, Ability to draft financial memos in French and in English, Ability to draft, review and negotiate corporate, financial and contractual documentation in French and in English, Excellent English skills (writing and oral), knowledge of MS office.
Client Competences :Good understanding of potential client requirements and ability to discuss with partners, public entities and advisors, Ability to provide information and solutions to ease decisions, Ability to convey a positive and professional image of the company through his/her behavior and message in all situations, internally or externally.
Cooperation Competences:Ability to manage project in liaison with key stakeholders (internal and external) Ability to manage teams at project level Ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient reporting Ability to alert the right person at the right time, in a substantiated and convincing manner, of any and all significant non-compliance or major event
